US returns policy

Exchanges
We offer exchanges on all orders. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@manaralabel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange. Both return shipping costs and reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once your item is received and inspected within 5–7 business days, we will process your exchange and notify you via email.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us at info@manaralabel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Upon review, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.

What is not covered
Change of mind, incorrect size selection, and minor color variations due to screen display are not considered defects and do not qualify for a free replacement. Customs-related delays are beyond our control and are not valid grounds for an exchange.

Denials
Manara reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with this policy, including items that are used, incomplete, or outside the exchange window.
