Return Period
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days starting from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging (stickers, strap protection, inside paper, dust bag, etc.). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Procedure
Please note that for international orders (outside the UAE), return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Kindly note that a return fee of 100 AED applies per item for UAE orders & return fee of 230 AED applies for international orders and 350 for the AURA XL (internation orders). We will create the return from our side and the return fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. However, once we receive the returned bag(s), we will proceed with either a refund or a replacement shipment, based on the customer's preference.
To start a return, you can send us an email at info@manaralabel.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you encounter any of these problems, we will exchange your item free of charge. If you no longer wish to exchange your item, please refer to the return procedure.
Exchanges
Please note that we only allow one exchange per order.
You can exchange items from your order for free within 7 days. Simply send us an email at info@manaralabel.com
Sale and Promotional Items
Sale items or items purchased during promotional periods are not eligible for a full refund but may be exchanged for other items or store credit.
Refund Processing Time
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the period mentioned above, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often processing time before refunds are posted.
Order Cancellation and modification Policy
Please note that most orders are shipped the same day — sometimes just a few hours after being placed. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations/modifications once an order has been placed.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled/modified and will need to follow our return policy instead.
Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
