By processing your order payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

UAE:
- FREE 2 working days delivery
- Please make sure you provide us with the complete address (including area name) and correct mobile number to avoid any delays
Other GCC:
Delivery to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait:
- GCC delivery in 3-5 working days
Additional Information
Please note that for orders outside UAE, duties and taxes will need to be paid upon delivery. This is applied by the government of the destination country.

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends, and Ramadan.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer has provided the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, MANARA cannot offer refund for this package.
Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes, and duties are your responsibility.
CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
Please note that most orders are shipped the same day — sometimes just a few hours after being placed. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations/modifications once an order has been placed.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled/modified and will need to follow our return policy instead.
Unreachable customers
Please note that for orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates, if the customer does not answer the phone to confirm delivery (after multiple contact attempts over several days), and the order is returned to us, a fee of 230 AED will be required to resend the order And a fee of 300 AED will apply if the customer wishes to cancel the order after several delivery attempts.
This amount includes shipping, customs, and governmental fees.
